ಹೊಸ ವರ್ಷದ ಕ್ಷಣಗಣನೆ

 

ಹಳೆ ವರ್ಷ ಹೋಯಿತು ಹೊಸ ವರ್ಷ ಬಂದಿತು ಎನ್ನುವುದು ವಾಡಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಒಂದು ಮಾತು. ಅಂದರೆ ಕಾಲ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದರ್ಥ. ಇದು ಕಾಲ-ಚಕ್ರದ ಸಂಕೇತ.

 

ಇಂದು ಮಧ್ಯರಾತ್ರಿ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ೧೨ ಘಂಟೆಗೆ  ಹಳೆಯ ವರ್ಷ ಮುಗಿಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆಯೇ ಹೊಸದೊಂದು ವರ್ಷ ಆರಂಭವಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಜನರು ತಮ್ಮ ಹರ್ಷವನ್ನು ವಿವಿಧ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ  ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುವರು. ಇಂದಿನ  ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಯುಗದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಭಿನ್ನ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ  ಹೊಸ ವರ್ಷದ ಕ್ಷಣಗಣನೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತದೆ. ವಾಟ್ಸ್- ಆಪ್, ಟ್ವಿಟ್ಟರ್ , ಫೇಸ್ ಬುಕ್ ,ಅಂತರ್ ಜಾಲ ದ ಮೂಲಕ ಅತೀ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅತಿ ಶೀಘ್ರವಾಗಿ ಹೊಸ ವರ್ಷದ ಹರ್ಷವನ್ನು ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಹಂಚ್ಕೊಳ್ತೇವೆ. 

 

ಇಂಗ್ಲೆಂಡ್ ನ ರೋಮ್ಯಾಂಟಿಕ್ ಕವಿ ಪಿ ಬಿ ಶೆಲ್ಲಿ 'ಸ್ಕೈ ಲಾರ್ಕ್'  ಕವಿತೆ ಬರೆದ.ಸ್ಕೈ ಲಾರ್ಕ್ ಬೂದು ಬಣ್ಣದ ಚಿಕ್ಕ ಹಕ್ಕಿ. ಕಣ್ಣಿಗೆ ಕಾಣದಷ್ಟು ಎತ್ತರಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾರುತ್ತ ಹಾಡುತ್ತ ತನ್ನ ಹರ್ಷವನ್ನು ಹಂಚುತ್ತದೆ. ಅದೇ ರೀತಿ ಹೊಸವರ್ಷದ ಕ್ಷಣಗಣನೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಹರ್ಷವನ್ನು ಹಂಚುತ್ತಾ ನಾವು ಸಂಭ್ರಮಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.     

 

ಅಂದು ನಲವತ್ತು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಹೀಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೂ ನಾವು ಅಮ್ಮನ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸವರ್ಷದ ಕ್ಷಣಗಣನೆ  ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆವು.

 

ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ ೩೧ ನೇ ತಾರೀಖಿನ ಮಧ್ಯ ರಾತ್ರಿ  ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ೧೨ ಘಂಟೆ ಗೆ ಚಾಕ್ ಪೀಸ್ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಗೋಡೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೊಸವರ್ಷದ ದಿನಾಂಕವನ್ನು ಬರೆದು ಸಂಭ್ರಮಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆವು. ಇದು ನಮಗೆ ನಾವೇ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡ ಪಂದ್ಯ.

 

 ಅಕ್ಕ-ತಂಗಿಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಿಯಾದ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾರು ಮೊದಲು ಬರೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಪೈ ಪೋಟಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಆಗ ಈಗಿನ ಹಾಗೆ ಟಿ ವಿ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ರಾತ್ರೆ ೧೨ ಘಂಟೆಯ ವರೆಗೂ ಎಚ್ಚರವಾಗಿ ಇರುವುದು ಕಷ್ಟವೇ ಆಗುತಿತ್ತು. ಮನೆಯ ದೊಡ್ಡದಾದ  ಮಾಳಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬರ ಪಕ್ಕ ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬರಂತೆ ನಾವೆಲ್ಲಾ ಆರು ಅಕ್ಕ-ತಂಗಿಯರು ಮಲಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆವು. ಎಲ್ಲರಲ್ಲೂ ತಾನೂ ಮೊದಲು ಹೊಸವರ್ಷದ ದಿನಾಂಕ ಗೋಡೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಬರೆಯ ಬೇಕು ಎನ್ನುವ ತವಕ ಇರುತ್ತಿತ್ತು.

 

 ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬರಿಗೆ ಎಚ್ಚರವಾಗದಂತೆ ಕಾಳಜಿವಹಿಸಿ ಸಾವಕಾಶವಾಗಿ ಬೆಕ್ಕಿನ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಇಟ್ಟು ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಾ ಹೋಗಿ ಗೋಡೆಯಮೇಲೆ ಬರೆಯಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಮೊಟ್ಟಮೊದಲು ಯಾರು ಬರೆಯುತ್ತಾರೋ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಣ್ಣ ಗಿಫ್ಟಸಿಗ್ತಿತ್ತು.  ನಮ್ಮದು ಈ ರೀತಿಯ ಕ್ಷಣಗಣನೆಯಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಹೀಗೆ ಸಂಭ್ರಮಿಸಿ ಖುಷಿಪಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆವು.

 

ಈ ಹೊಸ  ವರ್ಷದ ಕ್ಷಣಗಣನೆ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ರೋಚಕ -ರೋಮಾಂಚಕ.ಈ ಹೊಸ ವರ್ಷ ಎಲ್ಲ ಕಡೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ಹೊಸತನ್ನು ತರಲಿ ಎಂದು ಆಶಿಸುವೆ.

Goodbye 2015

 

We are at the extreme edge of 2015. Hardly two days more, after that we step into 2016 the new year.
The memory full year is going to be end as the new year is knocking at the door.

 

One of the most delightful thing I considered in

 the year 2015 that made me and my husband extremely happy, it may be least in the sight of others but for us it's unforgettable one. In the beginning of the month that's in Jan 2015, when my son had come home from abroad, he took us tour to Bombay Shirdi  Kolhapur and other places. Though he had come for a few days he made himself free and spent all his time with us enjoyed at the most with lots of fun. Mom dad and son all three were happy as we loved travelling.

To my surprise, at the end of the year that's Dec 2015 this month last 2nd and 3rd week my daughter and  son-in-law had come home for two weeks from abroad. They took us tour to Maharashtra
and enjoyed visiting tourist places. One day picnic with family members and with our close-relatives to different water-falls in Uttara Kannada District was most exciting, when I think of these two -travels in 2015 with my children I feel over-joyed.

  I bid goodbye to the year 2015 and welcome 2016 with piety and gaiety and with full belief  that what I failed from the present year will certainly reach during this coming year. I wish all of you reach your goals in your life.
