My
son- in-law
He is our son-in-law, the beloved one
-who
is added to our life-treasure
-in
recent years in our family.
Whether
accidentally or by design
I
don’t know but he is our son-in-law.
My daughter
married
him.
She
is from Kumta,
-the
beautiful west-coast of Karnataka.
She
is typical coastal South Indian.
My son-in-law.
He
is from Himachal.
The
region of ever-gleaming mountain-stream.
He
is typical North-Indian.
Both
were class-mates
-while
studying Engineering.
-waited
each other for
-long
five years to get married.
After
toil and moil of their
-completion
of education
And
secured- job at different places.
I
think it’s only their love
-that kept them closely bound.
Parents
agreed on both sides
-without
any objection
-for
they are convinced that
-the
selection is the best.
Certainly
it is the pair God has made!
It
is divine plan!
Pooja,
my daughter, pretty and plain
Clever
and smart,
Like
mercury moves happy in and out
-goes
to work at the dawn
-in
an elegant company
-comes
back in the dusk
-dwelling-in in-laws house.
My
son-in-law works in
one
of the mightiest company.
-loving
and kind
-brilliant
and gallant.
He is such a fine guy
-mingles
with all in our family
-being
in the midst of maternal and paternal
Uncles
and aunts
Cousins,
niece and nephew
He
is liked by all.
Helps
me a lot while working on lap-top
He
is a real tutor.
Even
my husband likes his accent
When
he always tries to speak
Kannada
like a kannadiga.
One
rare good quality, I find in him
-that
raises above all of us
That
is the patience he has towards all.
His
un-assuming attitude makes him
Part
and parcel of our family
That is unforgettable!!
